ABOUT OUR CEO & FOUNDER, DAWN MATTHEW
Thank you for visiting my website! So, who am I? Really, no one you may have heard of or recognize as famous. Simply stated, I am a 50+ single female who has surrendered my life to Jesus Christ to be used for His glory. I lived in Texas for more than half of my life, but I have now been a resident of Florida since 2022. God gave me the idea to create EPH 4:12 Consulting Services to primarily fill a need in the Christian church community by creating resources that help to minister and grow disciples in an often-overlooked population of young adults, ages 18 to 39. Discipling is providing every opportunity possible to help a person to grow in the essential areas of the Christian life to where he/she can walk on his/her own and can help someone else get started in that life (Salvation--Then What?, M. Soderholm). EPH 4:12 Consulting Services exists to be a support arm to local churches in the state of Florida and nation-wide. It exists to assist church leadership in better equipping and growing the faith of its young adult congregants as well as providing leadership training to its church staff so the church can effectively expand the Kingdom of God in the earth as God instructs in Ephesians 4:11-12. I became a follower of Jesus Christ as a teenager in high school. But it was not until my late 20's that I began to accept Christ as my Savior and Lord. In God's grace and mercy, He continued to pursue me during my college and early career years using His Holy Spirit to convict me to surrender and let the Lord have full-control of my life choices. I am so grateful that God did not leave me in that backslidden, sinful condition of my early 20s. Tools that God continually directs me to use for my spiritual development have been through my participation in church discipleship age-related, gender-specific, or co-ed events and by me completing various bible study curricula. Whether you are wanting to use discipleship resources for small group or for individual study, the right study can be an extremely effective tool to grow one’s faith and to help in Biblically applying scriptures to life’s situations and seasons.

As Founder and CEO of EPH 4:12 Consulting Services, I provide a wealth of church ministry expertise having worked as an IT Director for a church support staff for nearly 17 years. In addition, I have served and led in various church ministry areas throughout my adult years, such as: Community Windows and MS Instructor, College Ministry leader, Small Group Facilitator for Women's, Single, and Co-ed groups, and assisting in program and group curriculum development. I have also written several digital, small group Bible studies and recently finished my first book and its companion journal. These resources and other custom resources are all featured and reasonably sold in our e-Store.
My professional experience has primarily been in the field of Information Technology and spans for more than 25 years in providing support for customers in non-profit and for-profit business sectors. I have a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University in Computer Information Systems and Quantitative Business Analysis.
